Arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time is advised and most appreciated.Please allow more than adequate time for traffic and parking, we'd rather you arrive early and enjoy some down time or shopping while you wait.
Unfortunately we can not accommodate late arrivals, arriving late doesn't allow us to perform your full service. We do our best to accommodate our clients, where possible or offer the next available appointment. If we're unable to provide your service based on time left available you will be charged 50% of the service cost.Appointment times are valuable and hard to come by to you as well, so please don't be late.We kindly ask to refrain from Making or receiving phone calls or FaceTime calls during your service. If you have an important call to make or receive during your hair services please use the front window area for that call, and quickly go back to your service provider. No phone calls allowed in treatment chairs, color area, spa rooms, includes the pedicure, waxing, facial and massage rooms as well.
Please use headphones/air pods when watching any movie or videos on any of your devices.

We reserve your appointments especially for you, therefore, we request that you be courteous and call us promptly if you are unable to attend your appointment. To best utilize appointment times for all clients we need at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. "No Shows"  and day of cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost. This also applies to drastic appointment changes on the day of service you are booked in for. If you show up and decide to cancel appointments you are scheduled for, you will be charged for all booked services.
If you are booked in for a long service and you change your mind or don't require, you must let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment time, 48 hours for any specialty hair treatments such as Brazilian Blow, Keratin and Balayage services. Deposits are non refundable

Please understand that our time is valuable and we have a long waitlist of clients who would like to book in with us. All appointments that require a 50% deposit require to be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non refundable, however can be transferred to a future booking, however you must give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their deposit. 

All children receiving services 12 and under are to be accompanied by an adult for their entire appointment time, please make arrangements for the other children in the family who are not receiving services.Our salon is not suitable for babies and children to be left alone during your appointment for a number of reasons.
Safety is a major concern, not just in relation to the various chemicals and instruments that we use for treatments, the safety of your children being around the sharp edged cabinets around the salon, are just too hazardous. Please do not have your children wait outside while you're receiving treatments. The salon is located on busy street which is dangerous for children.We are also conscious of ensuring that all of our clients enjoy a peaceful spa-type atmosphere at the salon.  For many, it is a rare opportunity to take a relaxing break away from their own little ones!Given the delicate nature of some of our treatments, such as eyelash tinting, skincare extractions and waxing services it is crucial that our staff are able to concentrate without any distractions.  We certainly couldn't expect children to sit still and keep quiet in such a boring environment for them - they get restless, which is completely understandable.So as much as we love kids and understand that it can be very difficult to find someone to mind them, it is in everyone's interest that they do not accompany parents to the salon.  If you arrive with children, we will have to charge you without receiving your scheduled service.We have the right to charge you without services rendered. We hope that you are able to make suitable arrangements for your little one(s) as we would love to see you enjoying your much needed appointment, and keeping our environment as relaxing as possible.

Metered parking is available on both sides of Main Street, meters accept quarters only.
Please have about $2 in quarters whenever visiting us. Three hour parking is available during the week at the Market Square, Saturdays parking is available by post office, which is the parking area across from Market Square.
